Export Family Data

📦 JSON Backup

Export all family member data as a portable JSON file. Use this to back up your data or migrate to another system.

GEDCOM Export

Export as GEDCOM 5.5.1 — the universal genealogy format. Compatible with Ancestry, FamilySearch, Gramps, and most genealogy software.

🖼 PNG Export

Export the current tree view as a PNG image. Open the main tree view and use the PNG button in the toolbar.

Go to Tree → Export PNG

Note: The JSON export does not include photos (they are stored in Firebase Storage). To back up photos, download them from the Firebase console.

Restore from a backup or merge new data into the existing tree.
